Ecstatic Dance - May

Join us for an evening of dance, music and connection. All are welcome, especially those who have never tried ecstatic dance before. This is a warm gathering to dance, celebrate, and express yourself free. 

Marc Statz will live DJ a variety of musical genres to take us all on a 2 hour dance journey. We will incorporate practices of movement, mindfulness and breath into the dance experience.

This event is hosted by Marc and Ash Statz, who are experienced ecstatic dance DJs and event facilitators professionally trained by Dance the Medicine, to create a safe dance environment for all.

7:00 - Arrival

7:15 - Opening Circle + Music Starts

7:30 - Doors Close

9:15 - Closing Circle

10:00 - We all depart

No speaking on the dance floor so we can all connect deeper to the practice.

No alcohol or substances

No phones and no photos or filming is allowed

Respect personal space and ask before partner dancing

Barefoot is recommended but not required
